Long have I walked these lands
Rarely have I seen such pain as now
Waste grows
Time squanders
Long have I walked these lands
Never have I witnessed such suffering
Power corrupts
Hate consumes
Many days have I roamed these waters
Few times have I heard such a sorrow in the air
Death rebirths
Life dies
Many days have I roamed these waters
Uncommonly so have I heard this great sadness
Majority hears
Minority learns
Repeatedly have I climbed these mountains
Sporadic cases only have I tasted such hate lingering
Loathing prospers
Acceptance declines
Repeatedly have I climbed these mountains
So little have I flavored so many plagued by this disdain
Stupidity rises
Intelligence sinks
Numerous times have I inhaled this worlds air
Scarcely have I ever breathed such a decay as this
Pollution increases
Freshness fades
Numerous times have I inhaled this worlds air
Infrequent moments only have I abhorred such a smell
Blood spills
Water clogs
Commonly have I wandered these woods
Occasional times have I felt my hands on such damage
Screaming lifts
Laughter drops
Commonly have I wandered these woods
Randomly have I brushed my fingertips over such wounds
Walls crumble
Skin breaks
Centuries have I moved across the Earth
Tis only now that I begin to wonder
Why?
This pain that I see
This sorrow that I hear
This hate that I taste
This decay that I breathe
This damage that I feel
Endure it? But why!
I have but one reason
And that reason is this
I must see the finish
I must hear the final call
I must taste victory
I must breathe in peaceful air
I must feel real love again
I must walk the longest walk
To meet the end

Deep inside, my heart is breaking
Broken homes from separation
Don't you know it's violation?"
